Solution:
Reconciliation & Reparation
If you have not read

you probably should do so before reading
further.
I should probably repeat that this is a

Exploitation: The
act of utilizing something in an unjust, cruel or selfish manner for
one's own advantage. In political
economy, economics, and sociology, exploitation involves a persistent
social relationship in which certain persons are being mistreated or
unfairly used for the benefit of others. This corresponds to one
ethical conception of exploitation, that is, the treatment of human
beings as mere means to an end — or as mere "objects". In different
terms, "exploitation" refers to the use of people as a resource,
with little or no consideration of their well-being. (Dictionary
definition)
Unquestionably, Helen
Thomas was allowed to sell her business. It is what happened
after that transaction that is shameful. Read Petaluma Sandalwood Estates: The Story
It was reported that
the Rabes made Helen Thomas several offers to buy the park and finally
made her an offer she could not refuse. What was the Rabes'
motivation? Certainly not intending to keep the park because less
than four months after they acquired the park, they alleged to have
leased it (on paper at least) to two rich investors, Bill Feeney
and Patrick Smith. Were the Rabes simply the "Go in
between" Helen Thomas' transaction and Feeney and Smith's and
if so, how much did they get paid for the transactions? Were the
transactions intended to superficially (on paper) inflate the cost of
the park so they could
pass on the cost to the homeowners? These are questions that keep
coming to my mind. There is something fishy about these
transactions and I won't rest until we have some kind of
restitution. I sincerely believe, deep in my heart, that some
people died prematurely because of the Thomas, Rabes, Feeney &
Smith transactions.
Here is my challenge
to Feeney and Smith: Reconciliation and Reparation
Note:
It is believe that Patrick Smith resigned himself as ownership of the
business, but he was there until last year and therefore, responsible
as Bill Feeney.
1. To begin with, Feeney & Smith should repair
the home most likely damaged by too much
ground shifting
due to the removal of
three large trees next to Betty's home,
to make room for a new and much larger home after they removed the old
one. Read Betty's Story Here
(October 31, 2007 -- Sorry, have to
get up early in the morning for work. This is very
important project. Stay tuned -- I have a solution to offer
Bill Feeney and Patrick Smith)
